At ItGrlSociety, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Preorder Items
All preorder purchases are final sale. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is being produced and reserved specifically for you.
Once a preorder has been placed, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not guaranteed. If a preorder must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-preorder items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Preorder items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong size or wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
